Resistance Spot Welding

 

Blue Arc Metal Specialties has a 100kVa Sciaky Resistance spot welder.  Its capable of bonding Aluminum up to .090 to .090.  We also do plenty of stainless steel and inconel projects.

 

Our machine can be certified to a specific material and thickness.  This requires H&H Resistance Spot welders to do an on site visit for this certification.  Such a certification would be at extra cost to the customer.  

 

If no certification is required then Blue Arc will simply use our onsite pull tester to verify the welds are holding to customer specifications.  Preferably these tests will be done with customer supplied samples of the projects material and thickness.
